100% natural solutions made with multi-functional plant-based fibres. Ideal for reducing sugar and fat content in food products. They replace E number texturising additives such as thickeners, gelling agents, or emulsifiers.

They make it possible to eliminate allergens such as egg protein or gluten. They increase the fibre content in food products.

SODIUM REDUCTION (NA-REDUKTEAN)

Our Na-Reduktean salts offer a highly efficient salt reduction solution. We offer a Clean Label option (-40% sodium reduction) and a Blended option (up to 100% sodium replacement).
